    SMS Callback Instructions

Send all SMS Requests to +447797803066. We highly suggest you add this number to cell phone's contact list for easier use. For all requests there should be no spaces sent in the phone number or pin.

To place your first call, create a text message with the following information: "CALL [phone_number] [pin]" where [phone_number] is the number to dial and [pin] is your pin number. For SMS your Pin is made of up a batch and pin number. So for example if your batch number is 999 and pin is 1234567890, your SMS Pin is 9991234567890.

You may assign your pin using either a CALL, BALANCE or RATE request. Try assigning your pin with a BALANCE request to start off. Send an SMS message with the word "BALANCE" to our sms number. You should receive an SMS message back shortly with your current account balance. Your pin is now assigned to your cell phone number and you can leave it off when placing requests.

NOTE: Your pin may only be assigned to one cell number at a time. If you use your pin from another cell phone, you will need to re-assign your pin.
US phone calls must be prefixed with a 1. So for example, to call (512) 555-0001 with a pin of 9991234567890 you would enter "CALL 15125550001 9991234567890". (If you've already assigned your pin you can leave it off). Once you have sent your message, within a couple of seconds your phone will ring, and the second party will be connected. To place the same call a second time, simply enter "CALL 15125550001". Your pin is automatically looked up based on your cellphone number.

For dialing to a destination outside "1 Plus areas", you do not need to dial a prefix. For example, to dial a UK number dial 44 000 000 0000. You do not need to put a "+" or a "011" in front of the dialed number. This is the same dialing format as the internet dialer.
You can also assign names to the number you are dialing to create an address book by adding " - [name]" to the end of your SMS message. For example, I would enter "CALL 15125550001 - FRED" the first time I call Fred. Next time, all I have to enter is "CALL FRED" and the system will lookup Fred's phone number and place the call. I could have also done this on my very first call before my pin was assigned: "CALL 15125550001 9991234567890 - FRED".

You can also set which number you would like to be called at in your SMS Message. Let's say I want to call Fred, but I'd like to be called back at my friend's home line (512) 555-9999. I'll just send the following message from my phone: "CALL FRED@15125559999". The @ sign indicates you would like the call placed to the alternate origination following the @ sign. You can also use your address book entries, so if I had the number 15125559999 assigned to SAM in my address book, I would simply send: "CALL FRED@SAM".

To get your current balance, send "BALANCE" and an SMS message will be sent to your phone containing your current balance. If you have not already sent your pin you will need to send that as well, ex. "BALANCE 9991234567890".

The Rate message formats are the same a CALL request. Simply replace "CALL" with "RATE". For example, to get a rate for FRED I would send "RATE FRED". Other examles: "RATE 15125550001 9991234567890", "RATE 15125550001", "RATE 15125550001 - FRED", "RATE FRED@SAM". See below for more examples and example explanations.

For the purpose of these examples, our Pin is 9991234567890 and 15125550001 is the number we are dialing.
CALL 15125550001 9991234567890 Calls 15125550001 and assigns your Pin to the Cell Number the message was sent from. CALL 15125550001 9991234567890 - FRED Same as above, additionally creates an Address Book entry assigning 15125550001 to the name "FRED".

CALL 15125550001 Looks up your Pin based on the Cell Number the message was sent from and dials 15125550001.
